Job Summary

Home Appliance Repair Outsource Technicians independently manage daily repair jobs using the HomeUnited Portal, communicate with customers, provide quotations, execute repairs, and handle payments and invoicing onsite.

Responsibilities

• Use the HomeUnited Portal to communicate operational updates with customers and office staff
• Verify job details on the portal and confirm accuracy with customer service to prevent errors
• Manage daily job orders independently while coordinating with Senior Technicians for online support
• Share Google/Waze map routes with customers to notify them when en route
• Inspect appliances, provide accurate repair quotations, and perform repairs efficiently
• Operate HomeUnited Field Management software on mobile devices after training
• Collect payments securely via PayNow or PayLah
• Issue invoices onsite and send them to customers via WhatsApp promptly
• Use own transport to travel to job sites, operating similarly to a Grab system
• Ensure all job orders are completed fully or follow up on parts, products, or customer complaints as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• Must have own transport to travel independently to job sites
