We are hiring Temp Dental Surgery Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide chair-side assisting to Dental Officers or volunteer Dentists for various dental procedures.

* Educate patients by providing oral hygiene, plaque control and postoperative instructions.

* Maintain and achieve high infection control protocols and service standards.

* Comply with work safety regulations when handling dental instruments and equipment.

* Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness of the dental clinic.

* Manage and schedule patients’ appointments.

* Attend to patient queries, including knowledge of pricing and various subsidy levels for different groups.

* Handle billing and CHAS claims.

* Maintain proper usage and inventory records of equipment and stock supplies.

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of dental equipment, instruments and other fixed assets.

* Liaise with contracted vendors regarding the delivery and supply of stocks.

* Perform other administrative duties, including liaising with social workers and outreach partners.

Requirements:

* Prior dental assisting experience

* Able to travel between Redhill and Toa Payoh based on manpower requirements.

* Able to start ASAP.

* Able to commit to Contract Duration: Immediate – 30 September 2026
