Service Technician (Office Hours) #HTJ

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE/Nitec/Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Willing to learn and work independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and manage inventory of medical equipment and consumables.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for daily deliveries.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning and testing of medical and laboratory equipment.
• Carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM), equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete service reports, PM checklists and installation documentation accurately.
• Assist senior engineers with equipment servicing and repairs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, stock accuracy and proper storage of products.
• Attend technical training conducted by the company and manufacturers.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, company SOPs and quality standards.
• Provide professional customer support during on-site visits.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager or Management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
