Quantity Surveyor
Salary: $3500 - $4500
Working Days: Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm
Working Location: Tuas
Job Scope:
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison for tender and projects.
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Responsible for measuring quantities, cost estimation, taking off and submission for tender and projects.
- Prepare variation orders, claim, final accounts, settlements and sub-contractor payments.
- Responsible for material order processing and cost control.
- To attend site meeting and submit progress claims.
- Prepare and arrange daily delivery, liaise with factory/production and prepare delivery order and liaise with site/main con for delivery to meet project schedule.
- Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defect liability period.
- Monitor factory production daily activities/Delivery and workers overtime if necessary.
