Job Scope:
• Support food product development and innovation projects
• Conduct lab and pilot plant trials for dairy and beverage applications
• Support formulation development, testing and process optimisation
• Evaluate ingredient functionality and troubleshoot product/process issues
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation
Requirements:
• Min. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline
• Min 1 years of Food R&D / Product Development experience
• Dairy experience is highly preferred
• Good understanding of food processing and ingredient functionality
