Senior Business Analyst

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Operations, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, process mapping, stakeholder management, and business process improvement.
• Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and identifying practical solutions to complex problems.
• Experience facilitating workshops, design thinking sessions, and cross-functional collaboration across business, product, design, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, adaptability, and ability to drive user-centric service improvements.
• Prior domain expertise in the relevant industry will be an advantage.
