Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Investor& Public Relations to lead the company's investor communications, mediarelations, and corporate reputation initiatives. This role is responsible forbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with investors, shareholders,analysts, media, and other key stakeholders while ensuring transparent, timely,and consistent communication aligned with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company's Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, shareholders, analysts, media, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings announcements, annual reports, SGX/NASDAQ-related communications, press releases, and corporate materials.
• Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and shareholder engagements.
• Communicate the Company's financial performance, business strategy, and growth plans to the investment community.
• Monitor market trends, analyst reports, investor sentiment, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead media relations by preparing press releases, media statements, interviews, and corporate announcements.
• Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and strengthen the Company's reputation.
• Ensure all external communications comply with applicable regulatory and disclosure requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management, Finance, Legal, HR, and business units on corporate communications and branding initiatives.
• Manage the Company's corporate image, reputation, and communication channels.
• Oversee external PR agencies, communication consultants, and media partners where required.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of investor relations and public relations initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience with a publicly listed company is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, financial reporting, and regulatory disclosure requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial and business information effectively.
• Experience managing media relations and crisis communications.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
