Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with substantial relevant industry experience and a strong track record of achievements may be considered in place of formal academic qualifications.
- At least 8 years of experience in software delivery, programme management, project management, Agile delivery, or product delivery environments.
- Proven success in roles such as Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar positions overseeing end-to-end software and product delivery.
Core Competencies
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, including hands-on experience with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, delivery tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery roadmaps, project schedules, milestones, interdependencies, and multiple cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business objectives and technical execution.
- Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and resolving delivery risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Good understanding of governance, compliance, regulatory, and quality assurance requirements within software development and delivery environments.
- Sufficient technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand delivery challenges, and support prioritization decisions, without requiring hands-on development experience.
- Excellent facilitation, coordination, and collaboration skills to drive alignment across product, engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, PRINCE2, CITPM, or equivalent Agile and project management credentials.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex, or mission-critical enterprise programmes.
- Track record of leading multiple delivery teams, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, enterprise governance, and operational readiness processes.
- Experience working within multi-vendor ecosystems and managing cross-functional delivery teams.
- Proficiency with project and delivery management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Miro, or similar platforms.
