Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end technology projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Track and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery progress.
Prepare comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, management updates, and steering committee materials.
Collaborate closely with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and steering committee sessions.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, budget, quality, and governance standards.
Establish and maintain effective project governance, controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, project financials, budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
Drive technology implementation, transformation, and process improvement initiatives across Corporate Banking functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, preferably within banking or financial services.
Proven track record of delivering technology, digital transformation, and Corporate Banking projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
Solid understanding of project governance, financial management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
Hands-on experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders within a fast-paced banking environment.
Preferred Skills & Domain Experience
Experience working within Corporate Banking or Financial Services environments.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products and processes, including:
CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)
Loans and Lending Products
Treasury and Markets Products
Accounting and General Ledger
Payments and Cash Management
Regulatory Reporting
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, including: MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements
Ability to work effectively across Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic environment.
