Purchasing Assistant (1 year contract)
Salary: up to $3200
Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 8am-5.30pm
Working Location: East
Company Transport: Punggol, Sengkang, Bedok, Tampines & Pasir Ris MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist with the purchase function forpaperwork and alternate site shipping arrangements.
• Create reports, issue purchase orders, andtrack delivery and lead times.
• Make shipping arrangements with the forwarderand make sure the permit is applied on time.
• Making shipment paperwork, including packinglists, invoices, and other necessary papers.
• Work together with the appropriate departmentsto guaranty a seamless shipping, pack in accordance with standards, and deliveron schedule.
• Documentation and shipment arrangementsbetween businesses on different sites.
• Manage all shipping issues, including damageto cargo and issues with customs clearance.
• Make sure all paperwork, including quotes,purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and others, is filed correctly.
• Additional ad hoc administrative tasks.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant experience as purchasing assistant.
