RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Work Associate (SWA) supports the delivery of social services within diverse practice settings. Working closely with Social Workers, the SWA contributes to case coordination, programme implementation, and community engagement efforts. This role ensures that clients receive appropriate support and that programme objectives are effectively met.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Coordination and Implementation
- Assist in planning and executing casework, groupwork, and community development programmes
- Support community outreach activities and events
- Collect data and assist in preparing programme reports and evaluations
- Provide administrative support for programme logistics and documentation
Stakeholder Admin Support
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements involving team members, clients, and external partners
- Support Social Workers in organising and executing outreach events and roadshows
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and community partners
- Establish and maintain links with relevant agencies to ensure programme relevance and resource alignment
Ad-hoc Duties
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organisational needs
- Diploma in Social Sciences, preferably Social Work
- Candidates from other disciplines may also be considered
Relevant Experience
- Experience in related field of work would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates may welcome to apply

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Empathetic and people-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player, yet independent to carry out most functions
