Sales Support Executive (MNC)

Job Description:

• Processed sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including order entry, payment verification, delivery order generation, invoicing, and related documentation.

• Maintained accurate sales records, ensured proper document filing and version control, and performed regular data backups to support record integrity.

• Coordinated with internal teams, customers, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely order processing, delivery fulfilment, and issue resolution.

• Prepared and managed shipment documentation, including order-related and basic import/export documents, while tracking order status and supporting the Sales team with administrative coordination.

• Supported monthly sales closing activities by reconciling sales transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the timely submission of all required documentation.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in import/export documentation
