Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, build rapport, and provide professional consultations based on individual beauty and self-care goals.
• Conduct face and body consultations using structured assessment methods and recommend suitable treatment plans.
• Manage the sales process professionally, follow up with clients, and monitor their treatment progress through accurate records and photos.
• Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience while maintaining service standards and protocols.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment information using relevant digital tools.

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years of relevant experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Service-oriented, empathetic, reliable, and confident in handling customer consultations and sales.
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-up, organisational skills, and the ability to use digital tools for appointments and client records.
