Operation Executive

We are a local based freight forwarding company looking for efficient and customer oriented operation staff as we are expanding.

Your job scope:-

• able to handle sea import & export operations and documentation (e.g., booking, shipping instructions, BL and customs declaration etc.,).

• Coordinate with customers and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.

• Liaise with transports or vendor to ensure cargo deliver on time.

• Able to declare custom permit and certificate of origin will be an advantage

Requirements:

• With shipping experience will be plus point, if not we are willing to teach.

• able to prioritize and work as team work
