We're seeking a SVP, Production Services Application Support to join our Risk & Regulatory Execution Services team in Singapore.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Operational discipline and risk reduction: Strengthen incident, problem, change, and escalation management processes, reducing repeat issues, control gaps, and operational risk while driving measurable improvements in platform stability.
  • End-to-end ownership and execution: Operate with a strong ownership mindset, driving initiatives through to completion and ensuring outcomes are delivered with accountability, urgency, and quality.
  • Automation, AI, and enablement focus: Champion an automation-first mindset, leveraging AI, observability, and tooling to eliminate manual effort, improve service quality, and enable scalable, proactive support models.
  • Continuous improvement and engineering mindset: Identify systemic issues and drive sustainable remediation through process simplification, platform improvements, and close partnership with engineering teams.
  • Market Risk domain leadership: Provide leadership across Risk & Regulatory reporting platforms, ensuring strong understanding of electronic trading, liquidity management, execution workflows, market venues, and critical business services supporting global foreign exchange trading activity.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influence: Build strong, trusted relationships with business, engineering, operations, and trading stakeholders, providing clear communication, transparency, and effective governance for business-critical services.
  • Service reliability and platform stability: Drive improvements in availability, resiliency, SLA performance, incident reduction, and time to restore service for critical trading and execution platforms supporting the Risk and Regulatory reporting business.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Extensive experience in global production services/application support, supporting mission-critical platforms across multiple regions utilizing follow-the-sun support models.
  • Proven track record of leading incident, problem, and change management, delivering measurable improvements in stability, reduction of recurring issues, and strong service recovery execution in high-pressure trading environments.
  • Demonstrated automation-first and AI-enabled mindset, with experience driving tooling, observability, and process automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational toil.
  • Strong ownership mentality and execution focus, with the ability to take initiatives from concept through delivery and embed sustainable outcomes.
  • Deep technical and operational experience across production environments, including monitoring, observability, resiliency, infrastructure, middleware, cloud, and application support within complex enterprise ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting Risk & Regulatory systems, risk and valuation support across FX/ Options and Futures, market data systems, or capital markets platforms, with a strong understanding of foreign exchange market structure and front-to-back trade lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic service improvements across operating model, governance, risk, and control frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across front office trading, business, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and messaging platforms such as Kafka and MQ, along with programming/scripting languages including Java and Python.
  • Knowledge of Murex platform, Trade/portfolio simulation, valuation models, market data feeds, pre-Trade / Post Trade workflows, EOD Batch monitoring is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience); advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience across multiple areas of information technology, with experience in global markets, electronic trading, or financial services strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pricing, risk and valuations processes, intraday / End of Day PnL reporting and understanding market data feeds.

  • Knowledge of FX spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, and related trading workflows.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements impacting global FX markets.
  • Experience supporting Murex systems would be preferred.
