Job requirements

• Experience in F&B, especially in bakery, pastry and speciality coffee establishment is a plus.
• Team player, must be able to support in all areas of the cafe.
• Good communication skills, spoken and written English.
• Must be responsible, motivated and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to speak Japanese is an advantage. (in order to take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, and advise Japanese speaking customers on products.)

Job functions

• Be able to carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.
• Be able to take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
• Communicate with guest and be able to answer all queries.
• Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks (previous barista experience is a plus).
• Handle sales transactions.
• Keep track of personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
• Keeping track of of supplies for both front and back of house, liasing with all suppliers.
• Train and lead front-of-house team.
