Shift Manager

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Shift Manager to support the daily operations of our outlet.

You will take charge of assigned shifts, coordinate the service crew and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You will also work alongside the team during busy periods while maintaining high standards of service, food safety and outlet cleanliness.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take charge of outlet operations during assigned shifts

• Coordinate crew deployment and assign daily duties

• Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak periods

• Supervise and support service and kitchen crew

• Maintain high standards of customer service

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues when required

• Monitor food preparation, product quality and service standards

• Ensure proper food safety, hygiene and cleanliness procedures are followed

• Assist with cashiering and cash reconciliation

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required

• Carry out opening and closing procedures

• Complete basic shift records and operational reports

• Train and guide new crew members

• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed

• Support the Outlet Manager with day-to-day outlet operations

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE N/O-Level or equivalent
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, fast food or outlet operations
  
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team-leading experience
  
• Able to lead, motivate and coordinate a team during daily operations
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Responsible and confident in handling operational issues independently
  
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
  
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

Work Schedule

• Full-time position

• 5-day work week

• Rotating morning and closing shifts

• Weekend and public holiday shifts based on roster
