Retail Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers professionally to create a welcoming environment
- Explain Feng Shui, BaZi, Qi Men Dun Jia, and related consultation services clearly to customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet those needs
- Process retail sales transactions accurately and manage cashier duties efficiently
- Support daily shop operations including stock replenishment and maintaining an appealing showroom display
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Feng Shui consultancy or retail sales
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers positively
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Training provided
