ROLEPURPOSE
TheTreasury Manager APAC will support the developmentand professionalization of Treasury, Taxes and Risk Management (TTR)activities across APAC. The role is intended to relieve local finance teamsfrom ad hoc TTR topics, strengthen consistency and transparency, and helpimplement a structured, automated and efficient regional TTRframework.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and support APACtreasury process optimization and automation, including accountstatement processing, payments, cash management, foreign exchange,AR/AP-related treasury topics and related controls.
· Support cash managementand liquidity disposition activities to improve transparency of cash positionsand enable more efficient liquidity management.
· Coordinate foreigncurrency risk and hedging topics, escalating policyor execution matters where required.
· Support the APACrollout and onboarding of entities to Treasury Intelligence Solution (TIS).
· Providetax, insurance and risk management support,including optimization of the local set-up and alignment withcorporate requirements.
· Contribute to TTRset-up activities for India and provide regional support to APAC entities onTTR-related matters.
· Actas a reliable business partner between corporate and local companies, ensuringpractical execution and knowledge transfer.

· Transparent, standardized andautomated TTR processes across relevant APAC entities.
· Reduction of repetitivemanual treasury tasks and improved process efficiency.
· Improved visibility andmanagement of cash positions, liquidity and related treasury risks.
· APAC entities onboardedTIS in line with agreed rollout priorities.
· Tax, insurance and riskmanagement topics supported with further optimization of localpractices.
· Reducedtotal cost of risk and optimization of external consulting feedependency where internal support is appropriate.
REQUIREDSKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Strong corporatetreasury and finance knowledge, with practical understanding of cashmanagement, banking processes, treasury systems and risk topics.
· Professional Englishcommunication skills and ability to work effectively with corporate and localstakeholders across APAC.
· Relevant commercialbanking and corporate treasury experience, including exposure to treasuryoperations, process improvement and stakeholder management.
· Ability to workindependently in a regional assignment context, manage priorities andsupport cross-border implementation topics.
