Customer Service Officer - 5 months contract

Job Summary

Provide effective customer service by resolving queries promptly, coordinating with internal teams for solutions, and maintaining accurate CRM records to support team goals and operational excellence.

5 days work Monday to Friday. 8.30 am to 6pm ( excludes weekends and public holiday)

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries received over the counter promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with internal teams to obtain resolutions when first call resolution is not possible, then communicate outcomes to customers
• Accurately log all customer queries and follow-up interactions into the CRM system in a timely manner to maintain data integrity
• Monitor and escalate recurring query trends or potential issues proactively to team lead or manager for timely intervention
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective performance goals
• Execute additional assigned duties and participate in project work as required to support business operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in any discipline
• 2 to 3 years working experience in contact centre/ customer service experience.
• Experience in customer service roles demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communictaions skills.
