Your Role

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
• Build rapport and communicate confidently with clients over the phone.
• Manage appointment schedules and perform basic administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Confident and articulate with good command of spoken English.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys speaking with people.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed.
• Previous telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre experience is an advantage, but not required.
