Manager

Responsibilities:

* Manage team of beauticians and therapists

* Leading the team to achieve sales target

* Able to provide professional facial / Massage services in order to understand the work flow

* Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments

* Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff

* Assisting in hiring and training beauticians as required

* Handle emergency issue and customers’ requests and complaints with elegance

* Responsible for Monthly and quarterly plan

Requirements:

* At least 3 years (s) of proven relevant working experience in the beauty industry and familiar with industry

practice. Eg, Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager and at least managing 3 outlet

* Bilingual. Fluent in English and mandarin in order to communicate with customers.

* Exceptional leadership skills

* Strong sales and negotiation skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to handle computer job

* Follow company order and fully support

* 6 days work week including weekends and public holiday
