Beautician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Beautician. The ideal candidate must ensure excellent customer service and drive the shop’s performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customer to choose the appropriate service
• Respond politely to client queries
• Take ownership of the cleanliness of the shop and working area
• Perform adequate stock take, maintain timely replenishment
• Enter client information into systems accurately
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in salon, beauty or service industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Goodtime management skill
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
