Sales Engineer (Entry Level) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify business opportunities and generate new sales leads within assigned markets.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable products and engineering solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
• Participate in exhibitions, product launches, customer visits, and industry events.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering products and solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
