Job Summary

You will provide secure and timely driving services, transport passengers and goods, manage vehicle maintenance, and support directors with errands and official visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers and transport goods securely and punctually to designated locations
• Deliver documents to banks, suppliers, and government authorities as required by directors
• Facilitate airport pick-ups and transportation for VIP visitors and guests per directors’ instructions
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, especially tyre conditions, and arrange minor repairs promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of service vehicles inside and out to ensure a professional appearance
• Track and schedule timely car servicing and washing to keep vehicles in optimal condition
• Maintain accurate daily logbooks for each vehicle used to record trips and usage
• Run errands and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by directors

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and visitors
• Physical fitness and energy to work long hours and perform driving duties safely
• Punctuality, reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
• Work schedule: 6 days per week with entitlement to overtime pay
