Responsibilities:
- Call and remind respondents to complete surveys.
- Conduct phone surveys with respondents.
- Call, screen and recruit participants from a database for focus group discussions or in-depth interviews.
Key Requirements:
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Bilingual – English and mother tongue (Chinese/Malay/Tamil).
- Training will be provided; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, market research or a related role is an advantage.
- This is an hourly-rated position with pay based on actual hours worked.
