PROJECT MANAGER (PLUMBING AND SANITARY)

• Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing
• Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
• Able to lead and work closely with the project team
• Develop detailed construction plans and timelines to ensure efficient execution of projects; Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
• Manage and planning manpower allocation
• Monitor project costing, budget and schedule
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
• Resolve any unexpected situation, technical, manpower and material issues
• Experiences in managing plumbing & sanitary works of HDB BTO/EC projects is highly preferred

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with PUB & HDB’s codes, regulations, and industry standards.
