Job Summary

Join State Property as a Fine Jewellery Sales Associate to deliver personalised client service, communicate product stories, achieve sales targets, and support boutique operations in a design-led luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and attentive client service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to develop a personal client base
• Communicate product stories, design intent, and craftsmanship clearly to educate and engage clients
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales
• Support day-to-day boutique operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store
• Assist with inventory handling and product care to maintain stock accuracy and product quality
• Maintain visual and service standards in-store to uphold brand image and customer experience

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in fine jewellery retail to ensure expert product knowledge and sales skills
• Strong client-facing and communication skills to effectively engage and serve customers
• Comfortable handling high-value transactions and bespoke jewellery consultations to ensure secure and personalised service
• Organised and detail-oriented to manage inventory and boutique operations accurately
• Sales-driven with a strong sense of responsibility to meet and exceed sales targets
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, to support store operations
• Based in Singapore to comply with location requirements
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate clearly with clients and team
• Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems, Google Drive, Slack, and email to perform daily tasks efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages to enhance communication with diverse clients

Other Information

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-Time: Base salary of S$3,000 to S$4,000/month, plus sales commission

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 44 hours/week
