FRONT DESK RESIDENT (PART-TIME) Piladay House | Holland Village

Piladay is a boutique private Pilates studio built on personalised, high-touch client experiences. We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Front Desk Resident to join our Holland Village team on a part-time basis.

This is a front-facing role at the heart of studio operations — you'll be the first person our clients see and hear, and a key support to our instructors and management team.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming clients and managing the studio experience from arrival to departure
• Handling bookings, scheduling, and appointment coordination across private and group sessions
• Onboarding new clients — walking them through registration, studio policies, and what to expect
• Managing payments, invoicing, and billing enquiries
• Maintaining accurate client records in our booking system
• Monitoring attendance, late cancellations, and no-shows in line with studio policy
• Keeping the studio clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly throughout your shift
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• Warm, professional communicator — strong spoken and written English is essential
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment and genuinely enjoys people
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask during busy periods
• Reliable and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person
