Product Manager - Platforms & Digital UX

Job Summary

Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver complex digital products in Financial Services/Insurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Prioritize product backlog based on evolving business needs and requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed product specifications
• Analyze and optimize business processes by identifying and proposing effective product features and solutions
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria, review test plans and scenarios, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives
• Present project plans, progress updates, and results to senior leadership to inform decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to product development and delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry
• Proven ability to deliver complex digital products or platforms at scale
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills applied to product development
• Self-motivated, adaptable to change, and resilient in dynamic environments
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
