  • Support metering integration and digitalisation initiatives (smart metering, predictive maintenance).
  • Contribute to O&M readiness, developing maintenance plans, and training plant operators on electrical/E&I/E&I systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

  • Solid knowledge of E&I systems (instrumentation, field devices, automation, SCADA/DCS/PLC).
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical power systems (MV/LV distribution, switchgear, protection relays, earthing, cables, transformers).
  • Experience in EPC/EPCM project execution, including site supervision, commissioning, and contractor/vendor management.
  • Familiarity with safety standards (LOTO, ATEX, arc-flash, SIL) and electrical regulatory requirements in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as ETAP, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
