Contract - Net Reveal Implementation Manager

Job Description:

Deliver end-to-end KYC and AI system implementation and integration with AML systems.

Lead technical pre-project planning covering architecture, specifications, design, delivery, cost, and resources.

Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to technical teams and business users.

Coordinate application teams for smooth implementation, production cutover, and post-production support.

Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure compliance with enterprise, security, and control standards.

Oversee technical design, development, delivery timelines, and project requirements.

Provide delivery status updates, escalate risks/issues, and recommend resolutions.

Prepare technical documentation and support root cause analysis, code reviews, and unit testing.

Coordinate SIT, UAT, performance/load, security testing, test cases, and test data with relevant teams.

Manage change requests, deployment schedules, and pre/post-production technical support.

Liaise with IT/business teams and manage external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

Degree in IT or a related computer discipline from a recognized university.

12+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in Banking/Financial Institutions.

8+ years of technical project management experience.

8+ years of experience/knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, and Java.

8+ years of experience in system/software design and UI/UX design.

Experience implementing or managing KYC/AML projects.

Experience with vendor solutions such as NetReveal, Detica, etc.

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data.

Highly driven, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
