Admin Assistant

• Act as a customer service liaison officer to the learners, to ensure their needs are met (i.e. attending to course registration, online/walk-in/call enquiries

• Maintain and updates accurate trainee database (Training Management System)

• Ensure accurate and updated trainee enrolment (Training Partners Gateway)

• Manage training logistics and resources through coordinating with trainers

• Provide sales support and attend to the rescheduling and withdrawal requests

• Provide simple finance functions such as billing, invoicing and accounts receivable matters

• Build up database of company contacts

• Support and check for the accuracy and compliance of enrolments and requirements in accordance to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations

• Ensure compliance in the workflow processes and flag out any issues of non-compliance

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Able to commit 5 days work week of 8.5 scheduled hours

• Able to commit on weekend, including public holidays with Mondays and Tuesdays as regular rest days.

• Required to travel between branches (Joo Koon, Woodlands & Kaki Bukit)
