Job Summary
You will coordinate import and export shipments for ship owners, ensuring smooth operations and timely handling of cargoes in a marine logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare and manage shipment documentation accurately for imports and exports
- Conduct clear and professional e-mail correspondence to coordinate shipment details with stakeholders
- Supervise the picking and packing of cargoes to ensure accuracy and compliance with shipment requirements
- Adapt to working long and irregular hours to meet operational demands in marine logistics

- Basic Salary S$3300.00 - S$3500.00 per month
