· Seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support ServiceNow ITSM and SMoD solutions within a complex telecommunications environmentIL, Integrations, Scripts, Catalogs, CSM, Custom applications

· Worked on Update and development of ServiceNow applications, modules business rules, email notifications, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Events, forms, SLAs, Access Controls, Workflow, Homepage Administration, User Administration, Update sets, Notifications, etc

· Excellent knowledge of workflows, Automation of approvals, change process

· Experience with enterprise-scaleintegrations

· Code or script test automation as well as carry out automated testing procedures in testing and production environments

· Developing technical specifications& project/test planning as well as participating in project meetings and discussions

· Following the Agile framework
