The business develops innovative medical devices and clinical solutions used by healthcare professionals across a range of specialised surgical and procedural applications. With continued investment and expansion across Asia Pacific, they are strengthening their regional commercial capabilities to support new product introductions, market development and deeper engagement with clinicians and healthcare institutions.

Job Description

• Develop and execute APAC marketing strategies to support revenue growth, market expansion and increased product adoption.
• Translate customer insights, market trends and competitor intelligence into actionable regional commercial strategies.
• Lead downstream marketing initiatives and product launches across multiple APAC markets.
• Partner closely with regional and local sales teams to develop programmes that strengthen customer engagement and commercial execution.
• Build market development strategies for new customer segments, clinical applications and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute medical education initiatives to enhance clinical understanding and support adoption of the product portfolio.
• Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare institutions and other industry stakeholders to support regional growth initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience within medical devices, healthcare marketing or a related commercial function.
• Strong experience in downstream or field marketing, ideally involving specialised medical device portfolios.
• Proven exposure to regional or multi-country responsibilities across APAC.
• Experience in product launches, market development and commercialisation initiatives.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, medical education and other regional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market and customer insights into practical commercial strategies.
• MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
