Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Serve as the key point of contact for customer and internal enquiries relating to order fulfilment and account coordination.
• Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, order records and transactional information within the ERP system.
• Monitor order status, inventory availability and fulfilment schedules to proactively resolve operational issues.
• Support reporting, analysis and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
• Participate in system enhancements, business projects and the development of standard operating procedures.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimally 3 years of experience in order management, customer operations, customer service, supply chain coordination or sales support.
• Experience within textile manufacturing, apparel manufacturing, industrial manufacturing or related production environments.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems for order processing and customer account management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with operational and transactional data.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
