Job Description

• Position Title: Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,600 + Incentive + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B marketing activities, including campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Research market opportunities and identify potential customers across targeted industries.
• Maintain and improve CRM databases to support customer growth.
• Engage customers to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare reports and insights to support sales strategies and business decisions.
• Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion and performance.
• Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, and internal systems for reporting and analysis.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Experience in campaign execution and sales support initiatives.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects.
