OPERATIONS ADMIN EXECUTIVE (ID6135)
Location: Gul Drive
Salary: $2,800 – $3,300/month
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:30pm, Fri 8:00am–4:30pm
Transport: Provided to/from Joo Koon MRT

Job Responsibilities
• Support the Head of Operations and Operations Administration team in daily activities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales & Marketing teams on project execution.
• Process customer POs, delivery orders and return forms.
• Arrange equipment testing and maintenance.
• Prepare invoices, progress claims and statements of accounts, and follow up on payments.
• Liaise with vendors and verify invoices before submission to Accounts.
• Assist with asset, inventory and financial reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain proper records.
• Use and support improvements to the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards and relevant regulations.
