Finance Graduate / Finance Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily finance and administrative operations, including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and supporting documents.

• Assist with accounts reconciliation, invoice processing, payment records, and other finance-related tasks.

• Compile and analyse financial data using Excel and other relevant tools.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial analysis.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on finance-related matters.

• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant internship or working experience will have an advantage.

• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large amounts of data.

• Knowledge of accounting or financial software is an advantage.

• Strong organisational skills, with good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
