Job Summary

Beautician Supervisors provide comprehensive personal care services focused on hair, skin, and nails. They enhance clients’ appearance and confidence by evaluating conditions, recommending treatments, and delivering professional styling and care.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with clients to understand and deliver requested hair, skin, and nail care services
• Evaluate clients’ skin and hair conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and solutions
• Wash and condition hair thoroughly before cutting or styling to prepare for service
• Cut and style hair according to client preferences and professional standards
• Apply hair coloring, permanents, and relaxers safely and effectively as part of styling processes
• Identify and resolve common issues related to hair, scalp, nails, and skin with suitable treatments
• Discuss and advise clients on various style options to help them make informed choices
• Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently to optimize service flow
• Process payments accurately and maintain transaction records
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized work areas to ensure a safe environment
• Restock shelves and supplies promptly to support uninterrupted service delivery
• Keep detailed records of hair and nail colors used for each client during past visits
