Architectural Designer

ZARCH Collaboratives Pte Ltd is looking for creative and passionate Architectural Designers to join our team. We welcome applicants who are passionate about design and keen to contribute to a diverse range of architectural projects.

The level of appointment and responsibilities will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the conceptualisation and development of architectural designs from concept through to design development.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, architectural drawings and visual materials.
• Develop 3D models, renderings and other visualisation materials to communicate design ideas.
• Assist in space planning, design studies and the development of architectural concepts.
• Research materials, finishes and relevant design precedents.
• Work closely with Architects and the project team to develop and refine design proposals.
• Coordinate and incorporate feedback from clients and the project team.
• For senior candidates, take a leading role in design development, mentor junior team members and contribute to design discussions and project presentations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Interior Architecture, Design, or a related discipline.
• Junior candidates: Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant design experience are welcome to apply.
• Senior candidates: Relevant experience in architectural design and project development, preferably with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong design sense and an interest in architecture and the built environment.
• Proficiency in relevant design and visualisation software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Twinmotion or other rendering software, will be an advantage.
• A good portfolio demonstrating design ability and creative thinking.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
