Lifting Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Take overall charge of preparing lifting and erection plans for Crawler, Mobile Cranes and etc
• Develop, review, and maintain lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures for all lifting activities.
• Plan work sequences and timelines in coordination with the operations team.
• Liaise closely with site engineers, lifting supervisors, riggers, and signalmen; serve as the main point of contact for all site lifting operations.
• Conduct routine site inspections and daily walkabouts to monitor compliance with HSE procedures, regulatory requirements, and client standards.
• Assess site conditions, identify risk factors, and implement corrective actions.
• Review project specifications and provide feedback from an engineering perspective.
• Perform discipline checks on procedures and technical analyses.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• Able to operate MS Project
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and lifting safety standards
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical/project specifications
