QS Cum Drafter

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and VO costing
• Preparing and monitoring cost budget vs actual cost
• Responsible in preparing the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
• Make a meeting to discuss with the project team and prepare shop drawings using AutoCad
• Able to work independently
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering/ Quantity surveying or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore constructions firms .

· Well-versed in MS offices tools i.e. Words and Excel
