What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Be the face of the store—create a welcoming, premium shopping experience for every customer
• Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and visual merchandising
• Ensure the store is consistently well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor sales performance, drive revenue growth, and implement strategies to boost store results
• Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and product replenishment effectively
• Support, coach, and develop team members, working closely with the Area/Outlet Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for fashion retail
• Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial retail role preferred
