Job Description

• Working Location: Robinson Street
• Working Hours: 5.5 days(Mon-Fri 10.30am-7.30pm, Sat 10.30am-4pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,200 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers in-store and online with product questions, purchases, and after-sales support.
• Accurately process, pack, and sort online orders.
• Manage cash transactions, maintain the register, and perform daily sales reconciliations.
• Work with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organize merchandise displays, and track inventory levels.
• Use Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage sales records, reports, and communications.

• Accuracy in transactions, order processing, and customer interactions is crucial.
