- Working Location: Central (Near MRT) – Office & Site Based
- Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, 44 hrs per week
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing contractual and commercial aspects of marine, coastal, and infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle, from tender stage to final account settlement.
- Support the development and evaluation of tender documents, commercial submissions, and contract-related qualifications.
- Administer and coordinate matters relating to main contracts, subcontract agreements, and supplier contracts.
- Handle contract variations, change requests, claims, progress payments, and final account reconciliation.
- Track project costs, cash flow projections, budgets, and overall commercial performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to substantiate contractual claims, project delays, disruptions, and cost recovery matters.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on contract administration and commercial-related issues.
- Identify potential contractual and financial risks and assist in implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and discussions to protect the company's contractual and financial interests.

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract administration and commercial management within marine, coastal, port, reclamation, offshore, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing marine-related tenders is required.
- Prior exposure to projects involving government agencies such as HDB, JTC, PSA, MPA, or similar public sector organisations will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, variation assessment, claims administration, payment certification, and final account processes.
- Solid commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic project environment.
