Insurance Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers through telesales, lead follow-ups and promotional activities.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio, including customer enquiries, renewals and follow-ups.
• Liaise with customers and insurers on quotations, applications, documentation and other insurance matters.
• Handle motor insurance administration and maintain accurate customer records.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
• Provide professional and responsive service to internal and external customers.
• Assist with ad-hoc sales, marketing and company projects.
• Any other duties assigned by manager

Requirements

• Full suite of General Insurance (GI) certifications (BCP, PGI & ComGI) (Optional).
• Prior experience in motor insurance, insurance administration or customer service is an added advantage.
• Sales-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and take initiative.

Working Arrangement

Working Days: 5 days per week
Company Transport: Pick-up available at Bishan MRT / Jurong East MRT
