GOLF COACH

With state-of-the-art facilities at Republic Plaza and GR.iD Mall, we are committed to delivering premium golf coaching experiences to players of all skill levels.

As a GOLFTEC Coach, you will leverage your expertise and our proprietary teaching technology to provide personalized, high-quality golf instruction. You will also contribute to daily operations, equipment merchandising, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one golf lessons using GOLFTEC’s advanced technology and teaching methods.
• Recommend personalized instruction plans to help students achieve their goals.
• Provide outdoor/on-course coaching when required.
• Assist in center operations, including merchandising and selling golf equipment.
• Perform custom club fittings using advanced fitting tools.
• Build strong relationships with students and promote GOLFTEC programs.
• Represent GOLFTEC at internal and external events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified member of a recognized PGA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of golf coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics and instruction methods.
• Familiarity with golf instruction and club fitting technologies is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for helping players improve.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $7,000 – $12,000 per month
