Trade & Customs Coordinator (4 mths contract)

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and update information accurately in systems and Excel files.
• Maintain and update logistics trackers and records.
• Assist with document filing, checking, and administrative tasks.
• Support the team with shipment-related data and documentation.
• Perform data checking and cross-check information for accuracy.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Follow established work instructions and processes.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with repetitive and administrative work.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible and reliable in completing assigned work.
• Able to commit to work till end of the year.

Previous logistics or administrative experience is an advantage but not essential
